The Lake House at C&R Ranch

The Lake House is the Crown Jewel of C&R Ranch. This large country home boasts stunning views, a nice deck, its own stocked lake, equine accommodations, and six bedrooms and six bathrooms of classic comfort. The generous kitchen, large pantry, unity room with commercial sink, and functional wet bar are fabulous for hosting. The extended grounds are picturesque and inviting.  It can accommodate 16 overnight guests and events up to 150 people. It has plenty of parking. It even has an outdoor kennel run. For those booking adventures, the rest of the ranch is easily accessed by trails and roads connected to the Lake House property.

Lil Bit O Heaven Ranch (LBOH)

Surrounded by 500 acres of beauty, LBOH is the perfect blend of rustic charm and simple elegance.  This reimagined homestead showcases bold, custom stone, wood, and tile work. Grandma’s front porch and Grandpa’s old barn warm your soul. Romantic accents and endless mountain views are the perfect backdrop for your special event or romantic getaway. LBOH is ideal for intimate Weddings, celebrations, family gatherings, and beautiful parties. (100 guests or less). There is an 1300 sq ft flagstone patio with power outlets and lighting. It’s private, with no close neighbors, and events can run until 12 am. The Ranch house can accommodate up to 12 overnight guests and is perfect as a home base for the area’s adventures.

Double S Ranch

5 miles up the road from the main Ranch conglomerate, this mountain property consists of nearly 300 acres, 7000- 7200 feet in elevation.  It is Colorado’s oldest operating Blue Spruce farm. Wildlife is common, and the views are unparalleled!
